Back in 2001 and 2002 we did a lot of work for Timberland. We inherited the framework for the site, but we did some interesting things (for what could be done in 2001) on the insides. The last screen was our pitch on a redesign for the site.
These were definitely comped up for 800x600 screen resolutions. Back when most navigaiton was imagery, and form elements were always ugly.
