Redesign of the US kangol web store
My first inclination when approaching the Kangol brand's website redesign was to develop a small specialty boutique feel around the product. What I didn't know was the breadth and depth of the product catalog and ravenous following that they'd established over the years.
The resulting store was treated more as I would design a fashion brand—focusing on seasonality rather than categories at the top level of navigation and driving brand before sales.
The kangolstore.com site is still operational, and holds together well while the kangol team continues to update content and market through the site.
